DRF Empower the Girl Child
DRF visited Kugbo Junior Secondary School, Abuja, to commemorate the International Day of the Girl Child with school supplies and hygiene support.
In October 2025, Doxa Relief Foundation (DRF) visited Kugbo Junior Secondary School, Abuja, to commemorate the International Day of the Girl Child under the theme: "The Girl I Am, the Change I Lead: Girls on the Frontlines of Crisis."
The outreach provided practical support to girls through the distribution of menstrual hygiene materials, textbooks and school uniforms. These interventions addressed some of the everyday challenges that can affect girls' dignity, confidence, wellbeing and participation in school.
Through this initiative, DRF demonstrated its commitment to restoring dignity, empowering vulnerable children and creating opportunities for girls to thrive. We believe that when we invest in a girl today, we are helping to build a stronger, more empowered generation of women and leaders tomorrow.
